Q5. Is there any chances of my order being damaged during the shipment?
Rakht take all the required safety measures during the shipment just to deliver you your product safe and handy. If the product is delivered to you damaged, we request you to inform Oaks as soon as possible.
Q6. Can I get my order exchanged?
Yes! Rakht has a very flexible 7 days exchange policy. Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the product then you can easily exchange it with another product of your choosing within 7 working days. However, you have to pay the difference (where applicable). For further guidance, you can email or call our customer support team on queries@rakhtapparel.com.
Q7. What is the procedure of exchange?
There are two methods to exchange your product. You can either walk into your nearest Rakht store to get your product exchanged or you can send the product to Rakht official address via courier within 7 days of purchase. Once we receive the product, we will send a replacement item in exchange. However, you have to pay the difference (where applicable).

Yes we have multiple options. We also offering Shipping Worldwide through DHL Courier Services.

Q12. What if I have decided to cancel my order?
Do not panic! If you want to have your order cancelled. At Rakht we have friendly customer care and rules. You are requested to tell Rakht about it as soon as possible. Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. You are required to email us at queries@rakhtapparel.com However, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours.
